Business Website Service Agreement
As more and more of the world’s population turn to the internet for all their needs, it can be difficult to figure out how to start growing your online presence without going in the red or fading into the background in a supersaturated online marketplace. Monthly Hosting ($40/Month; 12-month term).
Plan will begin once site is cleared for launch (initial platform fee of $40 charged) You will be charged monthly after the initialization of your plan until cancellation.
Monthly Maintenance ($40/Month; 12-month term)
$40/hour for maintenance. Plan will begin once site is cleared for launch. (Initial maintenance injection fee of $40 charged). Every hour of maintenance after the initial hour will incur rates at the set hourly rate within. Hours not used will not roll-over. You will be charged monthly after the initialization of your plan until cancellation.
Custom Function & Integration Development ($125/Hour)
If requested, our team can develop custom solutions into your site. Due to the complexity of custom projects, we charge hourly. Please contact us to learn more about custom development.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by ThumBrand LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are nonrefundable, and ThumBrand LLC does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by ThumBrand LLC in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by ThumBrand LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If the client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount. Any issues with 3rd party software providers is outside our scope and terms. Our team will assist in getting your project fixed if this occurs but it may incur additional servicing rates/fees.
Additional expenses spend on behalf of the agreed client’s entity must be reimbursed by the agreed client’s entity before the end of the 30-day periods from which expenses were reported.
ThumBrand LLC reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Media Terms and Conditions
We love the work that we create for each company and would love to use yours as a portfolio piece for ThumBrand. This not only brings more visibility to your company online but it will also help our agency grow so we can provide you more solutions in the near future. Terms and Conditions
Client (hereby listed as “client”) shall pay ThumBrand LLC. 100% of the full amount above to have our agency begin the process of building your business’ online infrastructure. We occasionally offer payment plans to our business partners at an additional cost. If this is something that you are interested in, please send us an email at: [email protected].
Recurring website hosting/maintenance services will last 12-months and ongoing until the client sends in a cancellation request for the recurring services listed above (the client must send a cancellation email to ThumBrand 2-weeks in advance). Our maintenance plan will incur our hourly rates starting at $50/hour for any updates/edits to the existing site and additional page add-ons will incur additional costs upon request (prices differ based on the requirements). If no monthly maintenance plan has been selected, our normal hourly rates will be charged starting at $75/hour (minimally charged at hourly increments).
Once the client’s site has been PUBLISHED and their revisions checklist initialized (provided towards the end of the project), the site will be considered finalized. Maintenance plans are set in-place for continuous website edits and updates. Additional pages requested will incur additional page pricing unless client has selected a custom plan.
Websites are taxable as it is considered a “virtual product” upon transfer to the owner but when placed within our servers, it is deemed a rendered service. Therefore, we do not implement sales tax initially. Once the request to have the client’s website transferred to another host has been made, our team will send the client a final bill to release the site to their dedicated rep. The client will then have 14-business days to complete the transfer/migration of their website to their new hosting grounds before it is removed from ThumBrand’s cloud server space.
Client’s will also be able to purchase their website(s) at 10% from the initial overall website total to fully own their content. We also have a “website host migration/transfer” service that can be purchased upon request ($350; one-time fee) and will be billed accordingly for the services rendered. To cancel or to buy-out your website, please email: [email protected]. Early cancellations will result in a cancellation fee for the remainder of the contract term. If your organization is tax exempt, please send over verification for us to remove any taxes involved. A secondary proposal will be created for any addendums.
Each company/industry will have different outcomes for different services provided and there are no guarantees of any kind with this contract. Content and requested information must be turned in within a timely manner. ThumBrand LLC., will not be liable for late turnarounds due to the clients delay. Clients must provide all content (written or visual) for the purchased services or an additional services/product fee will be charged upon request to implement said services.
